I've graduated! My exams weren't too hard. The only one I'm worried about is Visual Arts.
...how am I meant to compare a painting of a man standing on a cliff to a painting of a man standing next to a skip?
The day before graduation was fun though. My friend and I organised an 'Amazing Race' parody where we had 5 teams of 3 run around the city and other places in one day of madness. A particular challenge I supervised was at a place called Jacob's Ladder where the teams were given an equation to solve and the resulting number corresponded to the step that had their next clue stuck underneath.
Jacob's Ladder is essentially a 242-step staircase. Each team had to solve an equation that lead them to the top of the ladder, then to the bottom, then halfway up the ladder then back down to the bottom. They all did quite well but were pretty knackered by the end of it and proceeded to yell at me for making them do that.
I have been making some more balsa wood figures but I seem to lack the motivation to create anything else. I'll probably end up making some more clay figures or something. ...suggestions would be appreciated
On Friday I'm leaving to go on a 'Leavers' trip with 8 of my friends. We're travelling 175km away from home (and parents) for a 4 day trip to celebrate the end of high school.

Maybe It's A Death Cloud

Greetings!
Firstly, (quite late) Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I started my summer holidays 10 or so days before Christmas (about 2-3 weeks after every other school >.>) On the last day we had a whole school assembly (about 2 hours long) but it wasn't too bad since I got 2 awards! One for Mathematics and the other for Visual Art
I had a Chemistry test right after though..
I'm making the most of this summer break since this is my last one FOREVER (unless I fail year 12... which I'm not planning to do). At the end of this year I have to start acting responsible and 'like an adult' and go to uni to learn more stuff.
Recommend any apps? I got an iPod touch recently
I've been drawing a bit lately but it's for school. (We started year 12 5 weeks before school finished) Once I've finished I'll put em up here
Speaking of uploading stuff there's an anime convention I'm going to next week (on the 29th) called Wai-Con. I don't watch anime but I'm going with
who.. doesn't.. watch anime either. Anyhow we're still going and we made some sock puppets the other day which I will be uploading soon! Amongst other things!

*GASP* A Journal Entry

Greetings, fellow deviants.
I bring good news, i will be submitting something later today.
For school our topic for the semester was 'Wearable Art' so for our final project (worth half the semester mark) we had to make anything wearable. I chose to make a Money Jacket.
I wanted to use fake money but all i could find was the paper kind and that stuff tears easily so i didn't bother trying. I got the 100 dollar note from a standard monopoly game, edited it a bit (I'll submit it to scraps) and made a riso stencil which i silk screened/ printed (ech, dunno the proper term. should have payed attention)onto some green fabric. From that i cut, sewed, undid stitches, resewed and ended up with a pretty good jacket.
For the buttons i bought some fake gold coins (from the $2 shop of course) and drilled a couple of holes in each of them. Two 2 dollar coins were sewed onto the wrists/ cuffs (i dunno what it's called, but there are usually buttons there) of the sleeves and two 1 dollar coins were used as the buttons on the front.
Anyways, it looks better than what i described it as so hope you enjoy it... when i upload it later ;D

It's been exactly one year since i joined DA!
...and this math's revision is hurting my brain. Yes, it's that time of the year again [no, not that] EXAMS!!! D: I have 5 to get through coz "i so smrt, i ken do anerthung! " I have an art exam... which hopefully involves drawing of some sort... like a dog flying an airplane while eating a falafel that (to his disappointment, and mine too) has ketchup instead of bbq sauce D':
And now to art-ify this entry
I have finished the ping pong balls. uhh... 61 in total. If i have the time i'll make some more.
I got given this brilliant idea by
which was to make playdoh emotes [purplegreenxd.deviantart.com/a… out of that clay you bake and make necklaces [bling ;D] etc. Once exams are over i'll move on to that
Hmm... my inbox has been flooded with llamas [in the good way people *wink*] so it's hard trying to find stuff since i don't delete my messages.
Art project [for school]
- We have 6 weeks to complete it (1 wk planning, 5 weeks uhh... doing) and we only have 3 weeks left so i've decided to start
I am doing a sculpture of ma black yoshi, gameboy advance sp [] and maybe a mario plush (if i can borrow it from 
) if not i'll just make a mushroom. My theme is nintendo (coz nintendo is the shit) I'm making it out of 1cm wooden cubes (yknow, those things you get to play with in math and find down a certain girl's shirt) ...i expect at least one person to get that *you know who you are*
Hmm that's about it.
